Bicycle Colorado, with support from Cyclists 4 Community and others, launched SHIFT Driving in July 2023. It’s free high quality online education regarding the laws for sharing the road in Colorado.

Thanks to the Boulder County D.A.’s office for examining the course and bringing it under consideration for use in alternative sentencing.
C4C and Bicycle Colorado continue to work to scale the application of SHIFT Driving in order to improve outcomes and prevent serious injuries and fatalities on Colorado’s roads.
