North Vietnam Epic Mixed Surface 15 Day/14 Night Event – March 16-30, 2026 – Two Spots Total Available
More than a bike tour, this is a Hobbini Global Cycling Escapade, a cycling-based immersion in the local Vietnamese way of life and culture!
We’ll travel to the most northerly parts of Vietnam along the Chinese border for a gravel and pavement adventure unlike any other.  The route will carve a meandering course on small roads over mountain ranges and along river valleys through a region that is remote, mountainous, and stunningly beautiful.
Join with about 40 other competent and experienced gravel aficionados, mostly from Boulder, on a custom-designed tour developed in tandem with Vietnam’s leading backcountry cycling tour operator.
While the riding is challenging, the support is first class.  Excellent hotels and homestays each night are included as are most meals (dietary preferences supported), aid vehicles and mechanics, food/beverage stations, airport and route transfers, and even a daily post-ride beer!
30-50 miles of riding daily, with plenty of climbing on these rural backroads.  10 riding days are planned, but riders can take days off when desired.
Bring your own bike, or rent a quality mountain bike or e-bike (extra cost).
This is a priceless opportunity, but the trip package itself is valued at $2,500.  The only way to get on this private, sold out trip is through the C4C Crank It Forward auction, so don’t miss out.
This is the trip of a lifetime, your best chance ever to cycle in an exotic, far-flung riding locale that few riders have ever had the opportunity to experience.
